Returns & Refunds

14-day right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason, provided the candle is unused, unburned, and returned in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective items. If your candle arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return. Email info@vilmacandles.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions and the address.

Return shipping. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service to protect your refund.

Refunds. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned candle (or proof of return shipment). Refunds are issued to your original payment method, including the original standard delivery cost.

What cannot be returned. Candles that have been lit, used, or damaged through misuse cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
